I was bored the other day so i just Google’d for filmmaking to learn the process of it. I found this article on Wikipedia that is pretty interesting: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Film_production
Basically Filmmaking has 5 stages:
This year we are going to reorganize the roles. Look in the chart for details:
We are basically going to split into 3 groups. Secretary is going to take care of Scriptwriting, Human Resources, and Script Editing. Treasurer is going to take care of GA, which includes Props preparation, Fundraising and Finanse, and Announcements. Directors are going to take care of other Subdirectors, Actors, and Editors, which also take cares of musics as well.
The positions this year will be:

President: Yvette Chou
Vice-President: Peter Zhang
Secretary: Paul Choi
Treasurer: Ethan Yang
