We will launch a series of short film projects from now on. We currently have 3 ideas so far, but if you have an idea that is film-able, feel free to tell us!

Below is a list of films we will start working on in the next few weeks. If you see a row that says [hiring] at the back, feel free to reply to this thread and tell us you want to do it. If not, chances are you won’t get to participate in the project! (that’s really sad =( )

Alright guys,

I know Yvette already sent an email to all saying “Thank you”, but I realised that as a VP, I need to write something about it too.

The Sports Day fundraiser, as you all know, was a great success. We earned in the total 1615 RMB. Along with 715 that we earned last year’s White Valentine’s Day event, our fund is now over 2300 RMB. That’s a lot, if you ask me.

Thank you for all who participated in this event. You guys all did great, and without you guys the sports day would be such a mess (Yvette didn’t say it so I did )

Alright, we will need to start planning for the next fundraiser. Any ideas?

Hi everybody,

I am sorry for a sudden email, but we have just decided (yet another) a change of plans. After deep consideration, we decided to set up another stand – Tortilla stand. Thus, the new groups will be:

Korean Stand
Leader – Paul
Members – Yin, Shirley, Cathy, Dongho, Jason, Simon, Eunjin, Yoonjoo, Vera, Nathan, Felicia, Daisy

Tortilla Stand
Leaders – PZ and Ethan
Members – Daesun, Jonathan, Micahel T, Thanakrit , Kelvin, Justine, Jephanie, Joyce, Christie, Stephany

For Middle Schoolers – please contact me, because I need to know when you have time and what you can do. (Most likely you will be helping us to advertise)

I realized the Korean stand has already had a meeting, but due to the sudden plan change, you will need another meeting .Paul has decided it to be tomorrow (Wednesday) lunchtime. Please contact him for more details.
Note: We have decided to make Korean food in Jason’s house instead of PZ’s now, and only those in Korean + whoever wanted to help need to go =)

For Tortillas Stand, we will have a meeting soon but date is still not decided. I will inform you in time, so don’t worry. We will need some people to come with PZ and Ethan to go to carrefour to buy the ingredients. Please approach us if you are free.

I am really for the changes, but I am 90% sure that there won’t be a change anymore.

On the meanwhile, Please prepare 20 kuai and give it to Ethan by Thursday for the t-shirts, and hopefully you will get it on thursday… or on early friday.

About Sports Day Fundraising, we have decided to divide you guys into different stands – McDonald Stand, KFC Stand, and Sushi Stand, each having a different leader and jobs

There will be a meeting held at October 7th, 2008, Tuesday after-school. We will be discussing about:

I took all your votes and came up with the final design. Noticed that the front is not “Movie Maker” because it just won’t make sense to have “MovieMaker” at front and “Pro MovieMaker” at back. And since ProMovieMaker has more votes than MovieMaker, I saved ProMovieMaker and made the t-shirt out of the second place for front image.
