First off – Doublechecking your availability
We need to make sure at what times you are available for MVC events such as filming, meetings, etc. This is really necessary! Please reply this email with the following info ASAP!!!!! :
* When are you available (something like monday-friday afterschool, 2-5pm, how many hours in the weekends, or even during lunch etc.)
* Do you participate in any clubs/activities/sports? (eg. MUN, CSC, Basketball, etc.)If so, what is the meeting times of your clubs, or the starting/ending time for the sports season, and what are other times u are free to help film productions?
Second – Change of the name “GA”
I just have a feeling that the name of “GA” is not professional enough. So I got up on wikipedia and googled about filmmaking crew. I found out that the correct, professional, cool name should be “Assistant Director”. So from now on, we are all calling the “GA’s” the “AD’s”. Cool?
Third – Recruitment
You might have noticed that we are all sticking posters on the school walls telling people to join. But that’s not enough. We need to literally TELL people to join. So ask every single one of your friends “Are you interested in joining MVC” and explain MVC to them!

We only send some important news through email, so for other news of MVC, we post them on MVC Website. We noticed that there arent a lot of traffic at the website, so we want to urge you – Visit the MVC Website regularly!
