About the plans for these weeks

Hi everyone! :-D

I’ve heard that some of you guys have been wondering when’s our next meeting going to be and what are the plans for these days. So, here’s it!

First of all, we are working on the recruitment film that is due on next wednesday! (Cuz we needa display it to the whole high skul during morning assembly) My crew (yes, my lovely crew) has been working quite hard to make everything together=D If you have signed up as actor, cameraman, scriptwriter, or editor, we will contact you these days for help (if we need any). So don’t panic that you seemed to have nothing to do yet!

Secondly, I announce that next week will be our advertising week! (woohoo) Now this is a chance for the artistic people in our club to show off what you’ve got! Ethan will be going around asking for help on the posters. You can help by creating a design for the posters and send it to him. I recommend you design it with computer help…if you’re NOT that..ukno…artistic? lol…ANYWAYS, we’re looking forward to the good artworks! =DD

Thirdly, after the recruitment film, the production of another short film will be on it’s way! This time, Justine is leading this production (the idea of the film was brilliant and she thought of it all by herself :P ). I’ll be helping out in the best way i can too, but she’ll be in charge most of the times. Thus, she’ll be searching for her crew members these days! But don’t worry, she’s going to find you herself if she needs you. So, actors, be ready for the challenge(if there are any)!

Then…sorry for writing so much, but, lastly, we will be organizing/decorating/cleaning the mvc room during the october holiday! If you are too bored and have nothing to do at all (please say yes…lol), feel free to give me a hand! I’ll need help in making our room look the neatest it can possibly look (like the sacred homeroom of Ms. Han’s). During this time, also, we’ll be putting in the stuffs we need (whiteboard? TV set? DVD set?, etc). So…just come and help! (i need ya)

Anyways, I hope you guys will have more fun here than you can ever have in other activities!

oh, PS (a huge PS) , we won’t have a lot of meetings later on (i know how you guys love the meetings, but sigh, lol). We might have one more to welcome the new commers next week, but, as for us old members, we see each other in homerooms and hallways…..hah. If we need to inform you of any news, we’ll just post announcements on this site. So come check often (seriously)! Meetings for small groups later on will be hold in the MVC room (since it’s so small).
